Yes – that’s right – seriously – who installs stair runners by flashlight? We were in the middle of this installation of this truly beautiful, cushy, Nourison stair runner with its complicated three pie shaped turns when the electricity went out! The customer was desperate to have the job done so we got out our flashlights and kept on working! The customer was STUNNED that we kept at it and was even more thrilled when they saw the final work was perfect! Something that really sets us apart from the competition is that we genuinely care about our customers being happy with our work and that includes getting projects done on as close to their timeline as we can.
Even if it means installing in the almost-dark!
