How do I pick a carpet with so many options?

You may either come into our showroom or make an appointment via FaceTime where we will walk you through our store. We usually like to start by asking our customers if there are material, texture, color, or design preferences. This would allow us to narrow it down to carpets we think would best fit your desires. Be sure to check out our photo gallery as we have pictures of all our recent installs. We know it can be overwhelming entering our store as we have many options, but we are here to help you through every step of the process.

How long does it take to have everything installed?

The process begins when you enter our showroom. Once you take a look around and see what you like, you may take home our sample boards to see the color and design in your own home. Once you’ve narrowed it down to one or two options, Nancy, the owner, will come by to do a measure. Once you make a final decision, we order the carpet which can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Then we give our installer 1-2 weeks to actually get it installed, so usually takes a month to get everything done.

Can I get a cost estimate?

Once we have a carpet selection and measurements done, we are able to give you an accurate cost estimate. There isn’t a cost average as every project is custom to your home and the carpet you select. However, we can give rough estimates while you’re in the store, if you bring in an estimate of the measurements.

How long does it take to get back my Area Rug that I sent out for cleaning/repair?

All Area Rugs take 2-3 weeks to get back from the cleaning plant. If there are repairs it will be closer to 3 weeks.
